In 2020, we acquired this vacation home on a private road, directly on the Nubble and across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the ocean views and a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. A 10-minute stroll takes you to Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. When you are not at the beach, you can use the grill and enjoy your time outside on the covered deck on the 3rd floor.
