The sunset views are plentiful here at this cabin. This peaceful retreat is situated on Ripley Pond. It is a wonderful property with much to do, eg, swimming, fishing, reading, floating on the pond, or cooking in our newly outfitted kitchen. The property has a dock and there are four kayaks provided for your use. A boat launch is accessible down the street for you to bring your own water toys. There are many ATV trails for you to bring your four-wheeler. Parties and large gatherings not allowed. The space This cozy cabin has 2 comfy bedrooms and can accommodate for up to five guests. The primary bedroom is on the second floor with a queen-size bed and a futon that opens up to a full-size mattress. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-size bed with new foam mattress and an office space. A newly remodeled bathroom includes an enclosed shower. The kitchen and family space are designed with a warm and welcoming interior. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The family room has wall mounted TV. Guest access This is a single family property that is available to our guests only. The yard and dock are for the sole use of our guest’s. We also provide four kayaks for your use and life vests which must be worn when using the kayaks. Other things to note Ripley Pond, a 250-acre shallow warm water pond, is an ideal spot for bass and other warm water fish. Just five miles away, you'll find a larger, deep-water lake in Dexter, which also offers excellent services for all your shopping needs. Ripley itself is centrally located in the heart of Maine, making it a perfect base for day trips to popular scenic destinations such as Moosehead Lake, Acadia, and The Forks.
