Pleasant modern house of 58 m2, very bright with outdoor garden. In the quiet area of La Grière, 200 m from the city center and 750 m from the beach. No car needed, everything is close and can be done on foot. Ideal house for 4 people. Wi-Fi throughout the house The space 1 main room with living room, TV, sofa, large table and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs); 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160, a dressing room and 1 TV and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and closet. 1 storage room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower and sink and 1 separate toilet, parking for 2 cars. No pets allowed. Guest access There are two options available to you. The keys will be in a lockbox with a code that will be communicated to you before your stay, or Marielle, our concierge, will be there to welcome you. Other things to note Bed and house linen are not provided. Provide duvet cover and pillowcases, hand towels, dish towels, bath towels). The departure cleaning is to be done by guests. A package of 20 euros for a double bed and 15 euros for a single bed is requested in this case. These packages include sheets and towels. Notify us at least 3 days before your arrival. Possibility to provide you with 1 baby bed and 1 high chair on request. As for heating, there are no convectors in the bedrooms. It is a heat pump and the control panel is installed in the main room. The rooms therefore remain cold. You have to leave the doors open to have heating in the bedrooms (for winter of course)
