Free one parking space in front of our garage and lots of street parking Other things to note Please look over this prior to your arrival and feel free to reach out if you have questions/concerns. We do not have stove/oven to cook. We apply self-check-in with an assigned code. 5 hours before the check-in time, you will receive a code and instruction for our smart lock. Arriving Early & Staying Late As we need to ensure our cleaning and maintenance team have time to clean and prepare the home between each guests, unfortunately we cannot always accommodate early check-in or late check out requests. To inquire about checking in early and/or late check out, please send us a message - additional fees may apply. - Check in time: after 3:00pm - Check out time: before 10:00am HOUSE RULES: -This is a NON- SMOKING home. If we notice smoke is happening inside the property the booking will be immediately cancelled and no refunds shall be given. If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home we will be collecting a minimum of $250 fee from the damage deposit. -This is a NON-PARTY home. If we find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given. - No visitors - No pets Laundry: This is shared space with my family. We need to go through the suite to access the laundry room. You can use our laundry which is at the laundry room in the basement if you stay more than 1 night. Please use it between 4 pm and 10 pm, we have reserved this time for you. Checkout: Before leaving, please make sure: -Put the tied garbage bags in the garbage bins located in the front of the house. - All lights and appliances are turned off - All your used dishes and cups are put into the sink in the kitchen Please message us when you have checked-out so we can inform our cleaning staff. We do not accept third party booking. Please advise the number of people stay in your reservation. We live upstairs. We'd like making sure our guests have the best stay in our Airbnb basement suite.
