Korfes Villa is ideal for Groups and Families of up to 10 people for Comfort and Privacy. Entrance from 1st floor (top): Fully equipped kitchen, Dining space, bathroom, Sitting area around the fireplace and smart tv 43". Windows and Balcony. Stairs lead to 2nd floor (middle): Two bedrooms each with bathroom. Extra folding beds 80x180 can be added. Stairs lead to low floor: Suite, large 35m2 with bathroom, sitting space and fireplace. Sofa-bed 130X220 for two extra people. Door to the back yard The space Korfes is an autonomous modern Stone roof tiled House, respecting the local architecture of the traditional Village of Koryschades. Exact position with Plus code "WQ26+MH Κορυσχάδες", zooming in may be needed. The House has three levels with uninterrupted mountain and valley view from all rooms. In the first floor your group can gather for relaxing, dining, watching TV, etc. The 3 bedrooms are on the lower floors, two on the second and one suite on the third. There is also external stone stairs leading from the parking/main entrance to the stone paved patio and further down the back yard. There is central heating with thermostats in each level and boiler providing hot water at all times. We use pellets avoiding fossil fuels out of respect to the unspoiled and clean air of Eyrytania. During Winter and stays longer than 2 days you may have to add pellets to the silo yourself. Guest access All spaces, internal and external are always accesible to the visitors, except for the boiling room and Storage, which are accesible in special circumstances. Other things to note During winter firing wood is available inside. Parking for two cars on the house pavement. Please park parallel to the house wall as close as possible, leaving space for a car to pass. During Winter and stays longer than 2 days you may have to add pellets to the silo yourself.
