The space Villa Korfes is a modern 160 sq.m. (1,722 sq.ft.) stone residence, built with absolute respect for the traditional architecture of Koryschades. It offers the perfect balance between authentic mountain charm and high-quality modern construction. The interior is dominated by stone and natural wood, with all rooms enjoying unobstructed views of the fir-covered mountains and the Potamia valley. LAYOUT IN 3 LEVELS: UPPER LEVEL (Entrance): The main gathering area. An impressive high-ceilinged open space featuring a living room with a stone fireplace, 43" Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table. It includes a half-bath (WC) and a traditional balcony with panoramic views. MIDDLE LEVEL (Sleeping Area): Features two comfortable bedrooms designed for absolute quiet. A key advantage is that each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and individual TV. A folding bed (80x180) can be added upon request. LOWER LEVEL (Autonomous Space): A large 40 sq.m. (430 sq.ft.) space offering extra flexibility for the group. It features its own (second) fireplace, bathroom, sofa-bed for two, and a kitchenette with a fridge and dining table. This level provides direct access to the private paved courtyard and the garden. COMFORT & TECHNOLOGY: 4 BATHROOMS: Distributed across the 3 levels, ensuring that a large group of 10 guests has all the necessary comfort without any delays or waiting. 2 FIREPLACES: One in each living area (upper and lower levels), offering mountain warmth and a cozy atmosphere for the entire group. HEATING: Autonomous heating with thermostats on every level and an eco-friendly pellet boiler. The boiler system guarantees a continuous 24/7 hot water supply for all guests. Guest access EXCLUSIVE USE: During your stay, you have exclusive access and use of the entire Villa Korfes (160 sq.m. / 1,722 sq.ft.), including all 3 levels, the courtyards, and the garden. You will not share any space with other guests or owners, ensuring absolute privacy for your group. LOCATION & ACCESS: You can easily find us using the Plus Code WQ26+MH Koryschades on Google Maps (a quick zoom-in may be needed for the exact spot). SELF CHECK-IN: We offer full arrival flexibility via a lockbox system. You will receive detailed instructions and your access code shortly before arrival. PRIVATE PARKING: You have a free, private parking area for two cars directly outside the main entrance of the Villa. Access for transferring your luggage is immediate and effortless. Other things to note FIREPLACES & WOOD: The Villa features 2 traditional stone fireplaces (one in the main living room and one on the courtyard level). We provide free firewood throughout your stay so you can enjoy the unique mountain warmth. PRIVATE PARKING: You have your own private, paved parking area for 2 cars directly outside the house. IMPORTANT NOTE: We kindly ask you to park your vehicles as close and parallel to the property wall as possible. The village road is traditional and narrow, and it is essential to keep enough space for the local residents' trucks to pass safely. ECO-FRIENDLY HEATING (PELLETS): Respecting the pristine environment of Evrytania, we use a high-tech pellet boiler. Heating is autonomous on each level, and the boiler system guarantees a continuous 24/7 hot water supply for everyone. PELLET REFILL: For stays longer than 2 days during the winter months, to ensure your absolute autonomy, you might need to refill the pellet hopper (145lt) yourselves. The process is extremely simple, and we will provide all the necessary instructions.
