Beautiful central Chamonix apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. 5 minute stroll from Chamonix town centre yet in a quiet peaceful setting down a no-through road. Tastefully furnished & a south facing balcony boasting stunning views. Close to all lifts & public transport, plus large parking space included. Huge windows all around give a bright airy feel in each room. Exclusive use of garage as a fitness room & gear store. Overall a lovely space in a beautiful place! The space Very close to town yet extremely quiet and peaceful, we occupy the whole of the middle floor of a beautiful original Chamonix building. Benefiting from huge windows facing all directions, this allows lots of sunlight into all rooms, making for a warm cosy feeling, especially late afternoon. Nicely proportioned balcony leads off the large living space and has spectacular views down the valley. A wood burning stove adds the perfect touch to this spacious yet cosy space. Since this is where I live when I'm not at work (in Italy) I obviously take great care of it, which I hope will be apparent to anyone who stays here. All the furnishings are of high quality, all being either solid oak or leather where appropriate. 8GB ultrafast fibre optic Wi-Fi. The entertainment system is first rate, with a 43" smart LED TV and nice stereo & speakers. The property is fully managed, and all sheets, towels etc are provided, along with a nice welcome pack. Either myself or my partner Tim will be meeting and greeting all the guests and will be available 24/7 for any queries or problems. Due to my long history with the area I can provide lots of valuable information about things to see and places to go for food, ski hire etc. The apartment is ideally placed for everything including all the attractions, shops, restaurants and bars of beautiful Chamonix centre, and all the ski areas on offer. Despite its close proximity to town, the area is extremely quiet, with the 3 other apartments within this 1920’s building belonging to residents. Everything is a short walk away, however if you are bringing a car, that's also fine since the apartment comes with a dedicated parking space right outside. With parking in Chamonix being at an absolute premium this is especially beneficial. I’ve recently completed a conversion to the separate garage space for the exclusive use of guests. This includes storage for every conceivable price of gear, plus a well set out gym and fitness space including free weights, TRX, bouldering set up and snowboard practice rail.
