The balcony of the Cagire

Small house in a very quiet hamlet with stunning views of the Cagire peak. Outdoor sports enthusiasts will have everything nearby: hikes for all levels, many mountain bike and trail paths, fishing, mythical passes of the Tour de France, caving, paragliding, skiing (Le Mourtis: 20 km, Luchon - Superbagnères: 44 km), swimming pool 5 km away (summer), Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 27 km away, Spain 46 km away. All shops in Aspet (5 km) Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The space Fully furnished including open living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove. It has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) as well as a sofa bed, a shower room and separate toilet. A small balcony and a covered terrace will allow you to rest with the birdsong or the deer's roar depending on the season. A closed garage will allow you to park a car, bikes or skis. Other things to note We can provide bed linens for €15 and towels for €10. The end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the renter. If it is not done, €50 will be requested. No pets allowed. A deposit check of €200 will be requested.
