Adjoining our main house, Macmharais Beag is a totally self contained one bedroomed property and with its own private parking and decked seating area. Situated overlooking Gruinard Bay the property is perfectly placed for mountain walking, climbing, photographers, wildlife lovers, cyclists and bird watchers or for those just looking to relax and enjoy fabulous views from the sofa. Open‑plan lounge with wonderful ever changing sea and mountain views — keep an eye out for otters, dolphins, sea eagles or minke whales. Includes smart TV and free Wi‑Fi. Stylish kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated fridge, icebox and dishwasher. Narrow staircase to bedroom with king‑size bed (or twins if preferred) with breathtaking views of An Teallach, the Sutherland hills and the Summer Isles. Good storage and a hairdryer included. Downstairs bathroom with Mira electric shower, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail, basin and toilet. Outside decking area with garden furniture - ideal for a relaxing dram. All bed linens, towels and a welcome pack. No smoking Guest access Guests have their own private entrance and a dedicated parking space beside the house. To the side of the property, guests can enjoy a small lawn and a private decked seating area with wooden furniture, perfect for taking in the magnificent views. Please note that the decking area in front of the picture window (which does not open) is not in use and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Although electricity is included in the rent this does not include charging electric vehicles.
