The apartment is on the third floor and is accessed from an external staircase. The room is in a shared apartment where a couple and a cat live. The room is spacious, comfortable and bright. It is 15/20 minutes from the historic center of Cagliari from which it is easy to reach the various clubs, restaurants, shops and all the historical and cultural offerings that the city offers. The space The well-furnished room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a work table, a bookcase and is well lit by a large French window that leads to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sky and the mountains of the city. The room is in an apartment shared with a couple, Tiziana and Matteo, and with a beautiful cat named Cinzia. The bathroom with shower is equipped with everything you need: a hairdryer, a set of towels for each guest, shampoo and body soap. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the private room and shared bathroom. Use of the kitchen is not included. It is important to remember that Tiziana, Matteo and a cat live in this house: she is gentle and sociable but if you are not people who like animals then the apartment is not for you. During your stay Check-in can be done by Tiziana and/or Matteo, the couple with whom you share the house. It is important to always agree on the arrival time, especially if you arrive after 8:30 p.m. Other things to note The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of La Vega in front of Monte Claro Park, within walking distance of Villanova's historic center. In 10 minutes you can reach the famous San Benedetto market, the Castello district (the historic upper district of the city), the Public Gardens with the Municipal Art Gallery and the splendid centenary ficus. It's also minutes from the University of Humanities. From the airport you can reach the central station by train (about one every 15 minutes), from there take the M bus line to get to the apartment (10 minutes).
