If you do not want to do the cleaning we can offer you a professional cleaning for a fee of €80, or up to the actual cost if an unauthorized evening has caused damage with a minimum deduction of €300 in this case. Smoking: The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, including at the windows. The inter-floors and the courtyard are open to you to smoke if you wish. A €300 deposit will be systematically withheld if this rule is not respected for restoration costs. Pets: Our pet friends aren't allowed in the accommodation.
