Planwydd Main Farmhouse at the foot of Snowdon

Planwydd Main Farmhouse is situated within 25 acres leading down to Cwellyn Lake with spectacular uninterrupted views towards Snowdon with Snowdon Ranger and Rhyd Ddu Paths to Snowdon within walking distance There are many walks which include Lon Gwyrfai, Nantlle Ridge, and Mynydd Mawr and various forestry walks on our doorstep. We are an ideal base for exploring the whole of Snowdonia and North Wales or you can take time to relax beside the log burner and catch up with family or friends The space The main Farmhouse accommodation consists of two large bedrooms: one with a king bed and single bed and the other with a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom, which has been renovated, has a bath with a power shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is accessible from both of the bedrooms. The lounge has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove, a leather double sofa bed and chair bed with memory foam mattresses and a plasma TV There is also a downstairs toilet. A refurbishment now provides a large fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen / dining area. The kitchen has a six burner and two oven range cooker, microwave, large fridge, large freezer, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and plasma TV. All cutlery and crockery is provided. The dining area has a plasma TV and French doors leading out to a courtyard. Guest access A supply of coal, logs and firelighter is left for your stay Our Main Farmhouse is the largest of our 3 Farmhouses and is self contained for you and your group The entrance is the red door on the front of the Farmhouse Other things to note Planwydd has three separate self contained accommodations which can also be opened up to provide one large accommodation for a minimum of 12 persons.
