Upon entering the Black Diamond Chalet from the 2-car parking port on the 3rd story, you're immediately greeted by the incredible view from your Living Room/Kitchen & Balcony. (full bathroom & sleeper sofa available on this top floor) A walk downstairs to the second floor leads you to the first of two bedroom, a Full bed and Bunk bed occupy this room making it ideal for kids. They'll wake up to the most beautiful mountain view in Big Bear.. The laundry room (Samsung Washer/Dryer) and full Jack&Jill bathroom connect bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 2 has a comfy sleeper sofa available for your use, if needed. It also hosts a spiral staircase which leads to the master bedroom. Along with a Vintage 5-cent Bally slot machine (Test your luck!) The Master bedroom hosts a Heated* King Bed, futon, board games, circle table & chairs, 1902 Antique Victor Phonograph, a Shot Ski, and mini bar. Includes a Full Bathroom. French door access to the backyard patio. Backyard patio has solar powered string lights, a picnic table w/LED umbrella, Vintage Snow Summit chair lift swing, and a 4 person Hot Tub/Jacuzzi. Guest access As a guest of the Black Diamond Chalet you'll have full access to the entire property aside from the 2nd story balcony (used for personal storage) and outdoor pond area (potentially dangerous when covered in snow/ice. These two areas will be locked off and are off limits to guests. Other things to note The maximum occupancy is: 8 Adults Or 6 Adults and 2 Children (16 and under) This is a strict policy per the City of Big Bear Lake and company insurance; please be aware before booking. If more than six persons are on premises overnight; you may be evicted from the property. Registration Details 2023-2217
