Quiet retreat in a pretty country town.

Come for a quiet retreat in the country! This is a gorgeous modern cottage on a 2.5 acre rural block bordering the Gingin Brook. Guests have a private room within the main house with own entry, own ensuite with bath, TV, and small kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Enjoy one of the prettiest towns and regions in WA with loads of history or just relax on the verandah, read a book under the patio or watch the blue wrens play. The space The house is a private residence and the owner lives here full time. The private bedroom, toilet and bathroom are separated from the rest of the house by an internal door that creates a private space with its own small patio. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the main shared dining table, sit under the main shared patio, wander the property and access the boardgames and chess set in the main shared living area or to stay in their private room. The owner's bedroom, bathroom and study are not accessible to guests. During your stay I will greet you when you first arrive to make sure you find your way and settle in. I do live permanently at the property although may or may not always be home. I can always be contacted on the AirBnB app if you have questions, and guests are welcome to come out of your room and chat to me in the main living area if you need anything. Other things to note Please note that access to the property is down a gravel driveway that is easily accessible by a regular car. Please also be aware that this is a rural area and so you will hear farm, animal and bird noises from time to time.
