Casa Paradiso is a charming 3BHK Villa that offers picturesque early sunrises accompanied by morning mists and dews, serene evenings that seem to stretch time as you enjoy your chai, and tranquil late nights that immerse you in the vastness of the universe. This villa features a private pool, a gazebo, and an outdoor games room, creating the perfect setting to unwind in the evenings. It's a cozy and meticulously designed villa, promising you an unforgettable experience. The space Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 3 bedrooms. One is located on the Ground Floor, while the other two are on the First Floor. Two of these bedrooms are Suite Bedrooms. - One of the Suite Bedrooms on the First Floor is equipped with a TV. - All bedrooms are air-conditioned. - Each bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. Extra bedding can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers seating for 5 to 7 people. - You'll find a TV in the living area for your entertainment. - It does not have an air conditioner. Bathrooms: - The villa has 3 bathrooms, with each bedroom having an attached bathroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for your convenience. Kitchen & Meals: - Guests are kindly advised that outside meals are not permitted. Instead, they have the option to savor delicious, chef-prepared meals at an additional cost. Alternatively, should guests choose not to avail of this option, they can dine at the restaurant. - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa features a private pool along with 2 pool lounging chairs. - A 6-seater gazebo is situated by the pool area, providing a relaxing spot. - There's an outdoor games room equipped with Foosball, Mini Table Tennis and Carrom. - The villa also offers an outdoor lawn area for various activities. Additional Amenities: - An inverter/generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 3 cars. - Nearest restaurant is 30 minutes away. - May face power cuts. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. - Swiggy & Zomato - Non-Operational. Guest access The neighbourhood of Casa Paradiso is good. A small coastal town in the Konkan region of Maharashtra, known for its beaches, villas, and beautiful scenery. Alibaug is very popular as a weekend getaway from the cities of Mumbai and Pune. Four hours by road and 20 minutes by speedboat from Mumbai. Inaccessible by boat for about four months of the year, during Mumbai’s infamous monsoon. Still in great demand, thanks to its vast open areas, clean air, beaches and trekking spots. The neighborhood market is just 1-2kms away from the villa. Few restaurants deliver to the villa and our on ground manager can assist the guests with the same. Kihim Beach is at distance of 7kms from the Villa. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - The pool timings are from 2pm till 10pm. It is mandatory to wear swimming costume or nylon clothes in the swimming pool. - We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout. Please be aware that no heating or cooling appliance device shall operate. If the power outage persists, EKOSTAY will provide a free backup generator for one hour that can only power three air conditioners. If the outage persists, guests will be responsible for paying fees for up to 5 hours at a rate of INR 750 per hour. If the outage persists even after this, EKOSTAY will pay for that day's worth of backup. - Caretaker is available at the property from 9am till 9pm. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Parking available exclusively for private vehicles. We cannot guarantee parking for commercial vehicles, travelers, or buses. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
