In total tranquility, Le Moulin de la Guerche is located in an exceptional setting not far from tourist attractions, in a fully renovated 16th century building, carefully equipped and decorated. You will enjoy the indoor pool (6 m x 4 m) heated all year round as well as a games room in any season. The mill is equipped for 15 people. The space The house consists of, on the ground floor, a 25 m2 kitchen, a cloakroom, a toilet, a 50 m2 dining room and a 50 m2 games room (billiards, foosball, darts, chess, cards etc.). On the 1st floor, a 50 m2 living room with TV, a bedroom (1) with shower room and toilet, two bedrooms (2 and 3) with shower room and toilet. on the 2nd floor, a small living room on the landing, two bedrooms (4 and 5) sharing a shower room and toilet, one bedroom (6) with a shower room and toilet and another bedroom (7) with shower room and toilet. That's 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. Security at the edge of the river that runs along the Mill is ensured by a 1 m high wire mesh that doubles the wooden fence. The pool is installed (6 m x 4 m) in an outbuilding, closed by a bay window. a 1000 m2 country relaxation area is at your disposal with a pétanque court. Parking is possible in a private parking lot for 7 cars. Excessive noise is prohibited. If the neighbors report it, we will intervene immediately.
