On the 1st floor , a 50m2 living room with TV, one bedroom (1) with shower room and one toilet , two bedrooms (2 and 3) with a shower room and a toilet . on the 2nd floor, a small living room on the landing, two bedrooms (4 and 5) sharing a shower room and a toilet , one bedroom (6) with a shower room and a toilet and another bedroom (7) with shower room and toilet . That's 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms total. Safety by the river that runs along the Moulin is ensured by a 1 m high fence that doubles the wooden fence. The pool is installed (6mx4m) in an outbuilding , closed by a bay window. a rural relaxation area of 1000 m2 is at your disposal with a pétanque court . Parking is possible in private parking 7 cars. Excessive noise pollution is prohibited . If there is a report from the neighborhood , we will intervene immediately.
