Welcome to Nina Homes ! We are a newly renovated serviced studios in one building situated on a green, leafy, peaceful and vibrant part of Korean Town, Phu My Hung Urban, southern HCMC. Our studios (28-30m2) are filled with natural light with private balconies, Electrolux washer/drier and full kitchen with basic cookware/tableware and condiments for your cooking needs in each and every room. Excellent and comfortable for both short/long stay, business or travelers. The space All rooms will be cleaned every other day (not every day) with bed linens changed once to twice a week. House Keeping is available from 13: 00 to 18: 00 Monday to Saturday. Excluding Public Holidays. All rooms are cleaned every other day (not every day) and bed linens are changed 1-2 times a week. Housekeeping service is available from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Excluding public holidays. We provide dish wash liquid, and detergent for the washing machine (Please contact Front Desk for refill). Dish washing liquid and laundry detergent are provided. (Please contact the front desk for refills) For long stays (28 days or more), we provide one big water bottle (19 L) only (NO small water bottles refill during the stay). Additional water bottles can be purchased at the Front Desk or nearby convenience stores. This layout comes with balcony, street view and lots of light and breeze *** The first floor is not the ground floor. There are ground floor, mezzanine, first floor, second floor, third floor and rooftop *** Our studios are privately situated on 3 floors with an elevator. There are 4 rooms on each floor. The hall way is filled with natural light and air as we have a skylight to avoid dark and damp smells. Emergency/Exit stairs located next to the elevator. There are windows installed in all bathrooms (with curtains of course) so it's always bright and airy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Guest access - There is a professional dry-clean service that offers express (within 24 hours) and alteration for clothes for your convenience right on the ground floor. Please ask Front Desk for price lists. _________________________________________________________________ - Famous Beef Noodles Soup (Bun Bo Hue) serves all day til late is a few steps away. Small convenience store is opposite and on the other side of the road (5 mins walk) there are various stores and some open 24/7. - 7 mins walk to Sky Garden Residential and the centre of K town that offers everything Korean possible. - Various restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, two of the biggest malls (Vivo City, Crescent Mall) equip with (again) shops, restaurants, pubs and big screens cinema that open till late are all within walking distance. - 5 mins to FV Hospital, Tam Duc Heart Hospital, Gia Khang International Hospital and various health clinics. - 5 mins to Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre (SECC) and Phu My Hung Tower _________________________________________________________________ - About 35 - 40 mins to Ben Thanh Market (depends on traffic) and downtown Saigon (District 1) - About 40 mins to 60 mins to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (again, depends on traffic) - Phu My Hung is located on the South side of HCMC, its very easy and straight-forward to reach to beaches (Ho Tram, Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Mui Ne....) or to Cambodia, Mekong Delta.... Grab (similar to Uber) and taxis are easy to get. Other things to note Our office/reception opens from 9AM to 09PM. However we are always within reach via fone call or message on Airbnb so check-in time is very flexible. If you have something delivered to Nina Homes for you, we will have someone to take the package if you're not in, just please let us know in advance. Crib and high chair for kids can be provided subject to availability.
