Beautiful Barn near Bristol in Picturesque Setting

Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind. The space There are three bedrooms, three sitting areas and two bathrooms. There is an English Cottage style garden providing space to relax and enjoy the views. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, a living area with a wood burning stove, so if you are visiting us in winter you can snuggle with a book by the fire. There is a Smart TV and fast WiFi. The ground floor bedroom has a queen size bed and opens onto the garden patio. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower. A large oak conservatory has both a sitting area and a dining table and is a perfect place to enjoy garden views in the spring and summer months. The first floor has two further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed and a Juliet balcony giving you views across the valley. Plus another bright comfortable sitting area. There is also a family bathroom with an over the bath shower. Guest access All amenities are for the exclusive use of guests. Car parking on site for two cars. Other things to note The Barn is ideally located for the August Balloon Fiesta and National Trust Gardens and Properties. Our guests tell us that Christmas at the Barn is really special, cosy with lots of country walks or just chilling by relaxing with friends, family and Netflix!
