To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, fire extinguisher - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - Both bedrooms offer an elaborate spread of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, internet access, electric kettle, ensuite bathrooms, and large glass windows offering 360-degree panoramas. - The bedroom on the first floor also has an attached balcony offering gorgeous views of the valleys. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The home opens up to an expansive living room, featuring large glass windows that blur the lines between the indoor and outdoor spaces. - Here, you will be in the company of green verdancy, plunging gorges and natural light at all times, along with a music system and TV. - It boasts ample seating arrangements for up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the property feature an abundance of open spaces. - There is a private swimming pool, ideal for a relaxing soak. - It is 17.5x18 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - Guests can head over to the terrace and soak in the breathtaking panoramas of the valleys. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their meals. Guests will have to arrange for the ingredients themselves. The caretaker can bring the groceries from the market at a fair tip. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and mixer. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Guests can eat out or order from nearby restaurants such as Palace On The Way, Dhabalogy, and RAAS Devigarh. - Cooking non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed. Non-vegetarian barbecue meals can be prepared outside and not in the kitchen! Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Set in the lap of nature, this blissful holiday home promises to make for a getaway unlike any other. Within the property, guests can begin their mornings with a serene morning stroll on the terrace, amidst the panoramas of the hills and the valleys. Reserve the evenings for a de-stressing dip in the private swimming pool. Unwind, relax, and relish a hearty barbecue meal around the bonfire. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at no additional cost. Guests will have to arrange for the consumables themselves. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention & ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The 100 metres leading up to the villa may not be concrete.  - The location of the villa is secluded. - The stay is part of a gated community. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances except for the AC for up to 6 hours. - Cooking of non-vegetarians is not allowed however, consumption is allowed. - However, if guests wish to barbecue non-vegetarian food, they can use the kitchen for the same. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property - Owing to its hilly terrain, there is no mobile reception.  - We are unable to offer internet access here. - All-male groups are not allowed - Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied.
