A's by the Beach, a popular all-season vacation rental, is the most charming beach cottage in the north end of Dewey Beach, nested in the quiet Carolina St. Located on the ocean block, the home is only 100 steps from the most beautiful beach of the East Coast. Situated between Rehoboth & Dewey downtowns, a short walk to either town, its restaurants, bars & shops. The home is spaciously laid out to accommodate up to 6 adults & 4 children or a maximum of 8 adults & 4 cars off street parking The space The single story home features a living area that runs the width of the house surrounded on three sides by windows that bring in lots of light and the sound of the majestic Atlantic. The home boasts a very large and fully equipped kitchen, spacious separate dining room, three bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 2 queen rooms, a large bunk room with two bunk beds (each is a twin over full) and two day beds that double as sitting areas (one in the living area and one on the screen porch). There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The large screened porch is an extension of the living area and a must to enjoy the fabulous ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. It features a bar table, chairs along with a comfy seating for lounging after a day at the beach. The spacious backyard offers an enclosed but open-to-the-sky outside shower, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table on the lovely private lawn. Guest access Although you have access to the entire home, there is one owner closet that is not accessible to guests and is located in the bunk beds bedroom.
