All blankets are duvets and are enclosed in duvet covers that we thoroughly wash between each visit. As a result, all the surfaces you touch in the bed are clean and you do not have to ever touch a comforter that could have been used by someone else like you would in many hotels. That also means that you do not need a flat sheet -- we hope you find that the duvet cover is a more comfortable and practical solution! Unless other arrangements are made in advance, we do charge for late checkout up to 70% of the daily rate. Guest access You will have access to the entire house that sits on a 1/3 of an acre, and the entire garden. The garden is extremely private, completely surrounded by tall privet hedges, and includes a massive brand-new salt-water gunite pool (closed for winter), a coal barbecue and a 10-foot outdoor dining table for your personal use. Enjoy your own al fresco dishes or just hit the restaurants within walking distance! Other things to note Enjoy pumpkin patches, apple orchards, wineries, ample farm produce, the ocean air and much more! All the Southampton Village restaurants are also within 10-20 minute walking distance. The closest ones are the Social Club and T Bar on Elm Street (~10 min slow walk). On Main Street, there are 75 Main (Joe Biden's favorite), Fellingham's Sports Bar (apparently, Tom Cruise's favorite), St Ambroues and Le Charlotte (all 15-20-min walk from the house).
