Aside from town being only a 10 min walk, there are amazing hikes and beautiful coastal beaches within walking distance and a short drive away. The space The property is situated on a 1 acre parcel overlooking Tomales Bay and the Cypress guest house is the first of two homes on the parcel. Complete with an enclosed front yard, garden area, and patio deck, there is ample private space to relax just outside of the house. Within the house, the connected living room and dining rooms are spacious and both offer views of Tomales Bay and the Inverness Ridge beyond. The windows from the large kitchen look out over the garden. There are three bedrooms that are simply decorated and two of the rooms look out over the bay, while the third is very private and quiet, being farthest from the kitchen and living room areas. There is also a second lounge area that includes a desk and couch for relaxing. Inside the garage is a full size washer/dryer. Guest access Parking is on the left of the gate that leads to the front door. As you come down the private driveway, you'll enter a roundabout and see the house on the left of the garage. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. You'll find that it is super peaceful and that people are very friendly. Driving in and out is easy and there are innumerable options for day outings within a 10-20 minute drive.
