Tourist sites, family activities, vineyards, heritage, gastronomy, walks and the ViaRhôna: a beautiful break 45 minutes from Valence and about 1 hour from Lyon. The space ⭐ Welcome to Chez Uguette! On the edge of the Ardèche plateau, Chez Uguette is a spacious 220 m² family house that can accommodate up to 6 guests, in a peaceful environment offering a beautiful panorama of the Ardèche hills. A place designed for getting together with family or friends, enjoying the calm, and exploring the Ardèche, the Drôme, and the Rhone Valley. The house is organized around a large, bright living room that opens onto the terrace. 🍴 The equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and the living room, creating a friendly space for sharing meals and leisure time. It has: oven • microwave • refrigerator with freezer compartment • dishwasher • De'Longhi coffee machine with bean grinder. 🛏️ 3 bedrooms – up to 6 guests – spread over two levels: == In terms of living spaces: 🛏️ Bedroom 1 with double bed 🛏️ Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed with a suitable mattress topper. These two bedrooms each have a ceiling fan. == On the lower level: 🛏️ Bedroom 3 with a double bed, more independent, with its ensuite bathroom. This setup is suitable for families as well as stays with friends or several couples. 🛁 2 bathrooms: In the living areas, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and two sinks. On the lower level, the second bathroom is attached to the third bedroom, for more privacy (shower and macerating toilet). The toilet on the level of the living rooms is separate, providing additional comfort, which is particularly appreciated when several guests are staying in the house. 🧺 Laundry room & linens A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer is available for your use during your stay. 🌿 Terrace & Outdoor Directly accessible from the living rooms, the tiled and covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying outdoor dining and the panorama. Chromecast allows you to stream compatible content from a phone, tablet, or computer, using your own apps and subscriptions if needed. 🐕 Dogs only are welcome In order to preserve the accommodation and the comfort of all, dogs are welcome, with a limit of 2 per stay. A paved driveway then goes down to the bottom of the house, where you can park up to 3 vehicles. The house is accessed by 3 steps. As soon as you enter, you are sheltered: the covered terrace runs along the house and protects the space in front of the front door in particular. 🌿 The private and secure courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors more peacefully and is also a real asset when you are staying with your dog. 🐕 Reminder: ONLY dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per stay!
