If there are issues, pest control company will be called for an evaluation. Please no smoking marijuana inside or outside. Neighbor has children and the smoke disturbs their peace. Other things to note Summer Months:We do have central AC in the house that we keep AC set to 70 degrees to make sure the system does not malfunction. In addition we do have ceiling fans in every room. Please only book if you are ok with this. Winter months: Heat is available and can be set between 68-74 degrees. Please also note that we are very close to the St. Francis Hospital and you may occasionally hear the ambulances or medic helicopters. ****************************************** One bathroom (ensuite) is in the bedroom and is only accessible through the master bedroom.
