One en suite includes both a bath and a shower, while the other features a shower. Please provide 3 days' notice if you require the beds to be split into singles. Guest access There is a private, lit, path leading from our car park to the Shippen. The garden space with the property is enclosed by wall/fence/hedging. Other things to note The farm lane doubles as a bridle path which tends to get washed away with heavy rainfall. This means the lane can at times be very bumpy so please drive slowly. We’re in a semi-rural location, so while it doesn’t happen often, the water pressure can occasionally fluctuate or be a little lower than you may be used to. It’s all part of countryside living — lovely views, fresh air, and the occasional reminder that power showers aren’t really a farm feature!
