These doors also provide easy access to a spacious patio and garden, perfect for relaxing. Both bedrooms are equipped with Super King Zip link beds, which can be split into two singles to accommodate your needs. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. One en suite includes both a bath and a shower, while the other features a shower. Please provide 3 days' notice if you require the beds to be split into singles. The peaceful setting on a farm offers a serene escape, yet it's conveniently located just a short drive from local attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the nearby countryside or visit the city, this property provides the perfect base for your adventures. Guest access There is a private, lit, path leading from our car park to the Shippen. The garden space with the property is enclosed by wall/fence/hedging. Other things to note The farm lane doubles as a bridle path which tends to get washed away with heavy rainfall. This means the lane can at times be very bumpy so please drive slowly. We’re in a semi-rural location, so while it doesn’t happen often, the water pressure can occasionally fluctuate or be a little lower than you may be used to. It’s all part of countryside living — lovely views, fresh air, and the occasional reminder that power showers aren’t really a farm feature!
