Sandpiper Blue is a two-unit beach house with 2BD/ 2BA (main floor) upstairs & 2BD/1BA downstairs (both units rented as one house). Sleeps 8. Take a relaxing family walk (0.4 miles) to 30A's newest beach access. It’s located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood on the West end of 30A. The house is in a perfect location with a short drive to Destin, Grayton Beach, and Seaside FL. The space WHAT TO LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME: -Near 3 beach accesses: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access (0.4 miles, 9 min walk - parking and restrooms); Beach Highlands Beach Access (0.4 miles, 9 min walk - parking); Bullard Beach Access (0.6 miles, 9 minute walk - no restrooms or parking) -Rental comes with umbrella and chairs -House is located a few miles down the road from Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside -Property is managed by local -Dog friendly (limit two dogs, with owner approval) THE SPACE: -Master bedroom (upstairs) - 1 king bed -Bedroom two (upstairs) - 1 queen bed -Bedroom three (downstairs) - 1 queen bed -Bedroom four (downstairs) - 1 queen bed *DISCLAIMER: There is no adjoining staircase inside connecting the upstairs/downstairs. Guest have to use the outdoor stairs in order access the other unit and laundry.* This home is perfect for two families! A golf cart is no longer included. INDOOR LIVING: -Smart TV’s in all bedrooms (except guest bedroom upstairs) -Smart TV in upstairs living room *No Cable but you can stream via your accounts* OUTDOOR LIVING: -Second floor deck with seating -Backyard deck with seating -Propane grill GENERAL: -Linens and bath towels provided -Complementary travel size toiletries -First Aid Kit KITCHEN: -Upstairs kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Drip coffee maker with Keurig combo, complementary coffee, sugar, and creamer provided (starter packs). -Downstairs kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Drip coffee maker, complementary coffee, sugar, and creamer provided (starter packs). Please note, no dishwasher in downstairs kitchen. DOGS: -We know dogs are part of the family! We have provided complementary placemat, food/water bowls, treats, poo bags, wipes, and furniture cover. Please plan accordingly. Pets must be crated if left unsupervised. Please pick up after your pets and do not allow them on beds or furniture without a cover! Limit of two dogs, with owner approval, and non refundable pet fee of $100 is required. SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT: Effective 2024 Walton County requires a short term rental agreement to be signed for all short term rentals. You must sign this document before your stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. There is parking for four vehicles in driveway (No street parking, buses, or RV’s). The home is 0.4 miles from scenic highway 30A. Other things to note To ensure the best experience for our guests, certain amenities and services may incur modest additional charges. We strive to keep these costs minimal and transparent: * Early Check-in if Available: $50; * Late Check-out if Available: $50; * Pet Fee: $100, 2 Pet Max; We provide starter packs of amenities to get you started during the first 24 hours of your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, travel size toiletries, trash bags, and coffee), please plan accordingly if you anticipate needing more for you and your guests. Beach chairs are included.
