Cozy cottage close to I-76

Our cozy, farmhouse inspired one bedroom apartment has lots to offer. Constructed from 95% up-cycled materials with amenities that include 1 mile from I-76, NEOMED, Kent State University, Hartville, Portage County Randolph Fairgrounds, CVNP, West Branch State Park, Dusty Armadillo, etc. Designated parking with plenty of room for a trailer. The space Constucted from 95% upcycled materials, our cozy farmhouse apartment has a full bed, dresser, TV and closet upstairs. Downstairs is the "outhouse" with a stand up shower. The common area has a twin size daybed, couch and side chair with TV. The full service kitchen also has a small table and 2 chairs. There is a wood stove that can be used. Please ask us for help if you are unsure how to use it. We just added a covered outdoor sitting area! Guest access We have a large backyard so feel free to explore, around the left side of garage. The goats love tree branches with leaves and Rice Crispies! Other things to note We have 2 dogs on the property. They are secured and do not have access to the apartment. They may bark but we try to keep that to a minimum as much as possible. We have 6 laying hens and 4 goats on the property. They are fenced in. If you'd like to visit the goats or chickens, we'll be happy to make that happen.
