Our guests have full access to all this home has to offer including a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with dining space, a gas fire stone, a 4 passenger hot tub, large yard, and a tree swing. The views are stunning from inside and out. Views of the peach orchard, Grand Mesa, Bookcliffs and Mt. Garfield surround this house. The space The master bedroom features a canopy bed with an exposed brick wall and a spa worthy bathroom. The bathroom features a walk in shower and antique clawfoot tub showcased right below an electric fire place and chandelier. The nearby bedroom has 2 twin beds and is kid friendly with a pack n play, a few toys, and a rocking chair. This area can also be used as an office with small desk. On the other end of the house are two more bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other a queen. Both of these rooms have a relaxing chair for reflective moments. The bathroom at this end of the house features a standard bathtub with shower. There is an 82 inch 4k tv to enjoy while reclining on the large leather sectional couch. Plenty of board games and books to entertain along with an arcade style NBA Jam game. Our property is within a couple miles of a few wineries and many more just beyond. The view of the Grand Mesa and the BookCliffs (Mt.Garfield) are unbeatable. During your stay you will be surrounded by peach orchards, vineyards, and amazing sunrises and sunsets! The house is situated on East Orchard Mesa which is just across and above the Colorado River. There is easy river access less than 5 minutes away! One can easily walk from the house 1/2 mile down the road to access a beautiful pedestrian bridge that intersects with the River trail. Here you can enjoy a morning run, leisurely walk, or bike ride alongside the water! Countless outdoor adventures (hiking, climbing, skiing, biking, rafting, SUP, etc), breweries, wineries, museums, local, state, and Federal Parks are nearby. This property adjoins land with another vacation rental, however all amenities and access are separate. Both properties can be reserved for larger groups or events. Any gathering of guests over the house limit of 8 is considered an event and subject to additional charges. The property can be utilized for events such as bridal or baby showers, weddings, family reunions or other special occasions. There are separate event fees beyond the posted rental rates.
