Located in one of the quietest and most elegant places in Barranco, the building is new and elegant, it has all the internal and external security protocols, the control is rigorous by the security agents, thanks to this you can be safe and comfortable. Barranco is history, culture, bohemia, art, museums and recreation areas, in addition to Central, the best restaurant in the world. Its esplanades by the sea are very exquisite to watch the sunset with your company, enjoy it. The space You can use the entire apartment space, as it will only be for you. Guest access In accordance with the condominium's rules and regulations, we must provide information about our guests to the building's management before their arrival, that is, the guest's information via a photo of their passport, ID, which matches the information provided, for their entry. Inside the building there are common areas, some of which will be private and others shared, some have a cost and others are free. The pool is free. It will be shared with another apartment, usage time 90 minutes, it is open from 8 am to 8 pm. Gym, it's free… it will be shared with another apartment, 1 hour use, open from 5am-10pm. Cinema, it's free,…..it's private, 3 hours of use. Stove, it's free…it will be shared with other apartments. Adult room (billiards), is private…$15.00, 5-hour use Grill, is private…$15.00 plus $30.00 (guarantee that will be returned later). Use of 5 hours. Regarding services: Laundry is free and shared with other apartments, (minimum 3-day stay) Parking, has a cost inside the building, $5.00, per day, it is private. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SPACE. Other things to note The apartment is very safe as it is guarded internally, garage area and externally with security personnel and surveillance cameras, everyone who enters the building will be checked after identification with valid ID or (I will need a photo), passport, it has two elevators and a complete fire system, light generator in case of power outage and water without cuts. My apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and balcony. It has very fast WiFi, unlimited local and foreign channels. All reservations are subject to immediate cancellation if the rules are not followed. Any damage to appliances, apartment fixtures, and damage to the apartment must be reported to Airbnb for resolution.
