Located 5 mi. from Pine Point Beach in Scarborough near kayaking and Frith Farm with fresh food & pick-your-own flowers. Close to Portland, Portland Head Light, L.L. Bean, or Kittery outlets; 3-hrs to Acadia National Park. Hosts live in an upper Suite in the house with separate entrances. Lower Suite includes (kitchen, 1 bath), salt-water Hot Tub, picnic table, Cabin, & parking next to the house surrounded by beautiful gardens & woods. VACATIONLAND! Dogs allowed but not cats due to allergies. The space Nestled in a private setting in the woods with seasonal gardens, the lower Suite has a kitchen, sunroom, Full-size bed in 1-bedroom plus small couch in the living room, along with a Hot Tub, Picnic Table, and Cabin (with Full-size bed and seating with electricity, but no running water) near the house so your private space sleeps up to 6 people with 1 bathroom in Suite. Hosts live in the upper Suite of the home, but you have total privacy in the lower Suite, Cabin, picnic area, & Hot Tub. Guest access You will have a parking space next to the suite. There are no busses so have to bring your own vehicle or rent a car, Uber, or Taxi. We have 2 bikes you can ride to farm next door or in countryside near house or down to the beach and 2 kayaks you can borrow but would need a rack to carry them to launch spot. You can also rent kayaks down Pine Point Rd at the Scarborough Marsh center. Other things to note Hosts usually are living in the suite above the rental suite, but have total privacy in and around the home. Portland, Maine is the home to many craft beers and breweries. It is also a "420" friendly state where recreational cannabis is legal and there are local dispensaries, but we ask that you don't smoke inside the house. Dogs allowed but not cats due to allergies.
