Cozy Golden Corner- 4 min to Red Rocks/Trails

Family Friendly! The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door. The space 4 BEDS Total (3 Queen + 1 Full Size. There are 3 Bedrooms+ Office space/living room w/ 4th bed/sofa couch) This home is 1500 sq. feet and feels spacious due to the layout. The Primary bedroom (queen bed & full master bath with open layout) is located above the 2nd Living Room/office space and fireplace area. The views from the master are 360 degrees of trees as we're the only home in the neighborhood that boasts a secluded second story. (The number one reason why we love this home)! The backyard is an oasis. Tons of shade, BBQ for summer dinners.....The reason we love this backyard? It's quiet and secluded. There are 2 patios to sit on or picnic from. Sleep with all the windows open and you'll hear crickets in the summer and coyotes on south table mountain in the winter. If you want to sleep in, this is the room to do it in. If you're staying with a group, you won't even hear them making breakfast in the morning staying up here. : ) The office space/2nd living room offers a Queen size Sofa bed for additional guests. The stairs to the primary are open to this room. This "optional additional bedroom" gets a ton of natural light and is a cozy space to hang out or cuddle up next to the fireplace. The first guest room (queen bed) is on the ground floor. The second guest room is also on the ground floor and features a full-size bed and crib. These two rooms share a full bathroom on the main level. In the front yard, we've created an additional patio as well! We love our neighborhood and will always catch a wave from dog walkers and kiddos. In a nutshell, this home is cute, clean-cut and super cozy. The location is perfect to grab a mtn bike ride at Apex in the AM, hit up Winterpark or Abaisin within an hour, and even walk to a brewery (about 1/2 mile) in the evening! Guest access This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the south end of Golden, situated away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from CO hwy 470, I70, and US hwy 6. Access to the quaint town of Morrison (exit 4 off 470) and Red Rocks Amphitheater (if attending concerts, it is only 10 minutes max from the house, 4.5 mi) Enjoy a quiet neighborhood with quick access to coffee shops, grocery stores, dog park, juice bar, hot yoga, trails and downtown golden. Let alone you're only a one hour drive to A-basin! You'll want to stay here if you enjoy the hustle of a city, but want to stay in a quieter setting where you can get up early and mountain bike or hit the slopes quickly and hit up downtown Denver at night for the night life or art scene ; ) In Golden we get the best of both worlds. Other things to note Fenced in back yard for kiddos to play! We have radiant heating throughout the home and a gas fireplace in the office/2nd living area. In the MASTER there is a mini-split unit for AC and heat. AC: Master and Living Room/Kitchen. For ALL other rooms, there is a ceiling fan in each room. Golden doesn't get outrageously hot more than 1 wk a year, so we use the ceiling fans and shades to keep er' cool. We have a ton of extra blankets, pillows for all rooms. We have a basketball hoop outside! : )
