If any issues arise, I will do my best to take action. No events, parties or excessive noises are allowed. Also, smoking inside is forbidden. Use the terrace for smoking where there is an ashtray or the kitchen absorber. Building quiet hours: - From 14:00h to 16:00h in the afternoon - From 22:00h in the evening until 09:00h in the morning. These rules must be followed in order to avoid any inconvenience for the neighbours or yourself during the stay. ★"Perfect for long or short stays, new beautiful flat with an amazing view". Early, late check in and late checkout are possible: Check in before 15:00h - if there is no reservation on the previous day I signal immediately when the apartment is ready for early check in.
