Master Bedroom This heartwarming bedroom features a king-size bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You'll have access to a walk-in closet. An en suite bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a sink. The second bedroom with a similar style featuring two single beds. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges to be collected through Airbnb covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition. Guests will be required to sign a check-in and check-out forms in accordance to the UAE local laws and the company's standard operational procedures. To comply with Dubai Tourism regulations, we require passport copies for all guests who will be staying in the apartment before the check-in date, so we can submit them to the security of the building to avail entrance passes for each guest. Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs until 21:00 hrs. Any arrival later than 21:00 hrs will be subject to management’s decision and should be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival date.
