Cosy country cottage with log burner

Relax in this cosy country retreat in the beautiful village of Holbrook. Stone Trough Cottage is approx 150 years old with thick stone walls and original oak beams. Centrally heated plus a log burner for those cosy nights. There’s plush carpets and cosy bedrooms and lots of storage space. The village pub is one min walk The bus takes 10 mins to Belper, bustling with individual shops, bars and restaurants. 🐾 Pets welcome £25 per stay for up to two pets. Select “Bringing a pet” when booking. The space The cottage has full central heating but the cosy lounge has a log burner for those chilly evenings. The dining room can also be used as dedicated work space. The second bedroom has a double bunk with a single above. Please note the top single bunk bed is only suitable for anyone weighing up to 79kilos or 175lbs (12.5 stone maximum) please observe this. There is a travel cot for up to age 2 (easy self assembly). Guest access You’ll have access to the whole property for you to enjoy during your stay. Please be aware that there are old stone steps down to the courtyard from the kitchen which can sometimes be a bit slippery. Be mindful when accessing the courtyard from the kitchen. You can go out the front and turn right a few yards down the lane to access this avoiding the kitchen steps.
