A stylishly furnished separate guest room with its own large roof terrace and magnificent views over the lake valley awaits you. The room is the entire top floor of our modern terrace house. The property is located in a very quiet residential area on the edge of the village. Also perfect for long walks in nearby nature. The ideal place to enjoy the sunny side of the lake valley. The restaurant and village shop are a 10-minute walk, and the lake is a 20-minute walk. The house is set at the edge of the village, close to the field and forest. A car is generally an advantage. Guest access The guest room is the entire top floor of our modern terrace house. Access is via the shared in-house staircase. There is no separate access. In the room, you can enjoy complete privacy. My partner and I live on the lower two floors of the house. The household is pet-free and childless. Since the house is a bit big for us alone, we are happy to welcome guests. During your stay We look forward to every chat, should we meet during your stay in the house. If desired, we also look forward to meeting over a glass of wine or a cool beer. Otherwise reachable via Airbnb chat or phone. Other things to note The accommodation is intended for guests who like to travel during the day. Extensive catering in the room is not ideal, as the room is not equipped with a refrigerator and large dining table.
