The space This one-level ranch has been recently renovated. There is a beautiful wooden rocking chair, and a brand new matching leather sofa and loveseat and large TV in the living room. The dining room has a large table that seats four guests with room for additional guests. The master bedroom has a beautiful vintage queen bedroom suit with a dresser, mirror, chest of drawers and nightstand. There is also a second TV in the master. The second bedroom is stylishly decorated with a queen bed, dresser/mirror, and a desk and chair. The 3rd bedroom is currently furnished with a queen bed, small desk, chest of drawers, mirror and a cube shelf. Ask about our bedroom customization. With advanced notice, we can customize a room as a nursery (with crib), a play room, an office work space or leave as a traditional bedroom. Each bedroom has a nice sized closet with hangers and laundry baskets for your convenience. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower head with a detachable hose wand. There are beautiful built-in shelves perfect for your towels and toiletries, as well as a built-in medicine cabinet and vanity with under-sink storage. There is also a linen closet, as well as, a large coat closet in the hall way, between the bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen has brand new full-sized appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave) and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils-everything you need for a short or long-term stay. It also has small kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, a KitchenAid stand mixer, toaster, crockpot and hand mixer. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, ample shelving for storage and a nice size counter space to fold or sort laundry. There is a nice size front porch with a bistro table and seating for 2, ready for some bird watching while sipping that morning cup of freshly brewed coffee, as well as 2 wicker chairs for lounging. The back deck has a Weber charcoal grill and an outdoor patio loveseat and coffee table-perfect for winding down with a glass of wine or a cold brew.There is a stone firepit with andirondack chairs in the back yard so don't forget to grab your smore fixings! This home has off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles between the attached, one-car garage, carport and driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garage, front and fenced back yard. The storage shed is reserved for the hosts and shed access is subject to prior approval.
