You will have complete privacy as the South Wing will not be occupied during your stay but it is also off limits to you without explicit permission from the homeowner. A large family-friendly home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 4,500 sq ft of living space (expandable to 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 5,650 sq ft of living space for an extra fee), perfect for accommodating multiple families of 16 (expandable up to 22 for an extra fee). This rental property is tucked away in a secluded 2.5 acre wooded lot on top of a hill overlooking a private koi pond. It was built in 2003 and features a large, modern and fully stocked kitchen and spacious living/dining rooms that form a single expansive open-concept space, great for entertaining guests and the entire group can gather around for activities. There are 3 huge bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and can accommodate a small family. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, crib, changing table, jetted tub and its own smart thermostat, great for a family with an infant. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each include a queen bed, twin over full bunk beds, toddler bed and another smart thermostat, ideal for larger families. The house features radiant in-floor heating and a humidity controlled air exchanger to keep your toes warm and your throat from drying out in the winter and mini split AC units in every room to keep you cool in the summer. 2 gas fireplaces offer additional heat when needed, burns cleanly and safely and provide a warm ambiance. When it is time to retire for the night, walk through the central great room and there are an additional 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and dual bunk beds, an additional bathroom and the game room with foosball, air hockey and basketball games. 40,000 BTUs of air conditioning is more than enough to cool the whole property in the summer. The entire house is wired with a mesh wifi network for high speed internet and full coverage throughout. There is a washer/dryer onsite available to use. This rental property is conveniently located under 10 mins from North Conway Village, Storyland, Saco River and the Settlers Green outlet shopping center. For the skiers and snowboarders, Cranmore and Attitash Mountain Resorts are just 2 and 13 minutes away respectively. Sleeps 16 comfortably in beds but expandable to 18 with 2 pullout sofa beds (6 additional guests can be accommodated for an extra fee). Pack and play available upon request. ***Note: The rental property has a CCTV camera system installed on the exterior for security purposes only and it is never monitored unless there is an incident. It only records video (no audio) and only on the exterior of the building (no interior cameras). Recycle/Trash: Glass bottles and soda/soup cans must be separated into their own bags. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and compacted. All recyclables and trash must be put out in the exterior blue bins nightly. Any excess that will not fit in the exterior blue bins can be put in the utility room. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine that will be deducted from your security deposit.
