Located on a private gravel road, this attached studio sits on 5 acres and is just a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 5 minute drive to state parks entrance. One Queen bed only , ** available air mattress or a paknplay for a child. Flat screen TV with cable, couch, wifi, large bathroom, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, NO STOVE OR OVEN. The suite is a self check in with key code lock. Guest has a private outdoor space with seating. Hosts live in attached home . The space The view from the suite is of our pasture, with our goats and sheep, and where sometimes you might find a herd Rosevelt Elk napping. The room is sunny and bright with a farmhouse theme throughout. There is a cozy electric fireplace (along with cadet heaters) a comfy sectional with two recliners on either end, cable tv, coffee, tea, and s'more fixings, also many board games to play. Enjoy the enclosed private courtyard space complete with fire pit, seating and table and chairs. You may hear occasional noises from my young granddaughter that I babysit, and animals noises from outside. Guest access The street we live on is a one lane gravel road, very quiet and private. There is a reserved parking space for one guest vehicle. My husband and I park in the large driveway, we park back a ways, but you may park right in front of the galvanized planter, steps from the suite. The front door of the suite in located inside your private fenced courtyard. Other things to note This suite is attached to our home that my husband and I live in permanently. Your suite and courtyard are for your use only, no shared areas, ( only one shared wall with our home) we strive to respect your privacy, unless you reach out to us, then we are happy to meet for a chat. This suite has a dedicated parking space, private entrance, with self check in key code. The suite has queen memory foam mattress, wifi, and a flat screen TV with spectrum cable. There is a fridge/freezer combo, microwave, toaster and Kuerig coffee maker, (there is no stove). We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Your view is of our pasture, with goats and sheep, trees and occasionally a visit from our local elk herd.
