The space Maltby Motors is a one-of-a-kind historic mechanic shop that has been converted into four uniquely designed industrial loft spaces with their own signature vibe. Located in the heart of Houston's Segundo Barrio which is rich with Latin culture and art. There are a total of four units. Each space is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and upstairs loft that includes two queen-size beds. There are a total of three queen-size beds. Each living room has its own accent wall that would look great in any photoshoot. This is the Low Rider Loft of Segundo Barrio. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed with a smart TV and walk in shower. Climb up the stairs to find our cozy loft with 2 queen beds! . Our open concept living allows open entertainment from the kitchen to the living room. There is also a shared parking lot and laundry room onsite for our guests to use. This space is ideal for both short and long term stays and we encourage guests to take advantage of the many opportunities for photography. The entire property is gated for privacy and includes a keypad for entry and exit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit, gated parking and a shared, onsite laundry room with free washer and dryer. Please note this listing is for 1 of 4 total units onsite. Other things to note Please note access to the second floor loft requires climbing a ship ladder (see photos). We highly recommend using both hands to climb to access the two queen beds at the top. The loft area at the top floor is low, please be careful at all times.
