With every floor you’ll discover something new— Come stay, explore, and feel right at home. ❖──────❖ Things to Know Before Booking ▪︎ Our home is located in a genuine city neighborhood—diverse, eclectic, and full of everyday life. It’s part of what makes staying here feel so authentic and connected to the community. ▪︎ Our home is conveniently located right next to a gas station and market—perfect for late-night snacks, drinks, or a quick fuel-up. Like any busy spot in the city, you may occasionally hear music, trucks, or deliveries, but most guests find the tradeoff well worth the convenience. ▪︎ Alexa can play soothing sleep sounds or soft music to help you drift off, even with the lively city just outside. ▪︎ Our spaces are in two-family homes, so neighbors may be just on the other side of a wall or window. Please respect quiet hours after 11 PM, keep outdoor gatherings low-key, and use shared spaces with courtesy. A little consideration goes a long way to making everyone’s stay enjoyable. ▪︎ No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time, even if they are not staying overnight. For safety, licensing, and Airbnb policy compliance, everyone must be included in the reservation. Failure to register the correct number of guests will result in the entire group being asked to leave without refund. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite which is the FRONT half of this two-family home. Guests will be given a private access code to the keyless door prior to arrival (issued by Airbnb). The door is located through the courtyard along side the row house. Enter the gate with the "T" on it. Your door is the 2nd door on the left The side yard along the row house is shared. The alley behind the home is where the two reserved parking spots are located. Guests are assigned to spaces #1 only. Other things to note ✦ We want your stay at Tres to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible! When sending a booking request, please tell us a bit about yourselves — your reason for visiting, who’s traveling with you, and if you’ll be bringing any pets. ✦ If your plans change, just let us know. Please note that our home’s maximum capacity must match your reservation (this includes any visitors, even if they don’t stay overnight). If you need to add a guest last-minute, no problem — simply message us through Airbnb. It’s just $10 per person beyond the first two registered guests. Open communication keeps things smooth and ensures everyone enjoys their stay. ✦ Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs only (sorry, no cats). Please include your pets in your inquiry or reservation — a $20 Pet Resort Fee per stay applies. We allow up to two dogs total. This helps us prepare the home and keep it pet-friendly for future guests. ✦ Need More Space? Tres House (6 guests) connects directly to House of Liebe (6 guests) —perfect for a larger groups of 12. We also host Slanted House (3 guests) and Always Friday (2 guests), just one street away. ✦ A quick note about summer stays Tres House is an 1860s historic home that gets plenty of sunshine — especially on the third floor. As with many older homes, it can get a bit toasty in peak summer months. We offer a supplemental AC unit on the 3rd level. If you prefer an ice-cold, hotel-style chill during June–August, this may not be the perfect fit. But rest assured — our 8+ years of glowing reviews show that guests find Tres House very comfortable, and we stay booked solid all summer long.
