Perfect for families and groups up to 8. The space The house spreads across a genuine 124 m² on two floors and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Timber is everywhere: on the ceilings, in the furniture, across the floors. Not as a styling choice, but as the natural language of a house that has always lived this way. On the ground floor, the principal bedroom has a queen-size bed (180x200 cm, 25 cm mattress depth) and looks out onto the quiet cobbled courtyard. The en-suite bathroom has a proper rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: Smeg oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. The living room, centred around a working fireplace, is where evenings happen naturally: streaming TV, satellite channels, real warmth. Upstairs, a double bedroom, two bunk beds and a second full bathroom with washing machine sleep six more. A sofa bed in the living room brings total capacity to 8. Central heating throughout: warmth is never something you’ll need to think about here.
