Equipped with its own bathroom, private bedroom w/ king bed, living room w/ twin sleeper and kitchenette the studio is a private oasis you'll never want to leave. The bedroom is complete with a cozy king bed! Netflix, Amazon and HBO is loaded and ready to steam on the smart tvs, with WiFi also available for your stay. The full bathroom includes a standup shower and is stocked with towels, shampoo, and body soap. The kitchenette boasts complimentary coffee from the Keurig and full-sized fridge, and dining utensils for quick meals while you touch base in the unit. Two designated parking spots are included during your stay, behind the home. More parking is available on the street for any additional cars. With most popular sites, attractions, and restaurants in walking distance, your car will probably not move after you arrive! **Some shared features with other guests are the driveway parking While the studio is not a full residence, you will find it has everything you need and more to enjoy your time in St. Augustine! Guest access The Studio Cottage is suite B of the property and has a private pass-coded entrance. You will have the two parking spaces available on the right side of the driveway (enter from Riberia St). The sidewalk at the end of the driveway will take you to your own private entrance. Other things to note the Studio Cottage shares a wall and a double lock-out door with the remainder of the property. The doors have a keyed deadbolt on their respective sides, providing the utmost security.
