Welcome to our charming home, located in Middletown, the Rose Tree- Media area. It is a renovated and modernized condo in bamboo forest with free parking, boasting a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Available for FIFA; 25 minutes driving to Lincoln Financial Field. Granite Run Mall and Riddle Hospital are around the corner. 4 minutes driving to WAWA Septa Train Station. 18 minutes driving to the Airport. The space Full kitchen and bathroom. The place is perfect for a family. It has one queen bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds), new furniture, new appliances, and one electronic fireplace. Suggested for a family up to four people. The locked room at the far end is our office. But no one will be there during your stay. Wheelchair access to kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Two stairs to the back room (family room with the bunk beds) but you can access it through the back door. Two stairs to the laundry. Guest access Please access the house through the back door. The panel lock will be provided a day before your check-in. Other things to note House rules: No smoking! No parties/events; No pets; Check-out time is 11am; Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am.
