Our home is an upstairs living space. It is a beautifully furnished & decorated open floor plan, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that overlooks the city of Reno, majestic Sierra mountains, and UNR. Perfect for viewing Balloon Races & area fireworks. All bedrooms connect to a full bath. Guest have full access to each bedroom's closet spaces. The home was remodeled in 2019, with fresh paint throughout, new wood floors and carpet. Our home is UPSTAIRS living with an open living room/kitchen/dining floor plan, along with the master suite and two bedrooms. Downstairs, is one bedroom suite with a queen bed and a bonus common area, the large laundry room, a separate exterior door and access to the garage. The downstair sofa located in the common area has a full-size pull out bed. It was newly decorated in 2019 with furniture from Pottery Barn, Lazy Boy and other specialty stores of Reno. Mattresses are the Pottery Barn, Robin mattresses, two king beds (both upstairs) and two queens. We provide all white luxury 650 thread count bed linens, and luxury hotel grade quality bath towels. Kitchen appliances, new in 2019, include double door refrigerator, microwave, gas stove top & oven, and an ultra quiet dishwasher. Multiple small appliances are available for guest use. Back patio has a large size grill, table for 8 and a fire pit with patio furniture for guest enjoyment. Free Wifi included. Beginning 6/1/2022 we are switching to live streaming TV, we will no longer be providing cable TV. Guest has access to the whole house with exception to the owners closet, one in the upstairs hallway, in the garage, and a supply closet in laundry room, they are private and not for guest use. Parking in the garage is shared with the owners car. Shelves in garage are reserved for household supplies. Please contact either one of us with any problems or questions we are always available. Our location is centrally located, with easy access to McCarran then to I 580, 395, I 80, making an easy drive to many of the special event locations in Reno as well the different mountian locations. There are surveillance cameras placed outside the house for our protection as well as the guest. Please do not tamper with the cameras or the solar panels. Guest will be held responsible for any/all damages if tampered with.
