This is a unique cottage located on 35 acres, yet only a few minutes from trails, Lake Siskiyou and downtown. It’s newly renovated and sits back from the main house so there is plenty of privacy to sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature, including the nearby creek and our resident Great Horned Owl! The space The cottage is newly renovated with a fully stocked kitchen( minus the food)! The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer along with laundry detergent. We have forced air heating and AC system. Additionally, there is a wood burning stove. High speed internet and a TV are also available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, laundry room, and outdoor patio. Other things to note Please note that animals live on the property. Chickens are often free ranging on our property. We have one friendly Labrador( Patsy) and a horse named Phoenix. Our cat can often be found lounging or mousing depending on the time of day. The horse and chickens are located at the front of the property well away from the cottage.
