You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need including purified water dispenser, snacks, and a fridge exclusively for guests! You'll also find fully equipped bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries for your needs. The backyard is fully fenced and perfect for a campfire, BBQ or just lounging under the trees. Help yourself to any seasonal vegetables from the garden! Please note that I am doing renovations in the basement. The laundry washer and dryer are located in the basement should you need them, there is also a child gate at the top of the stairs. Guest access There is a single entrance to the home. The entire upstairs is your guest space. A code will be given at check-in.
