The space Comfortable, completed renovated bungalow (2016) to relax and enjoy the beaches, State Parks, casinos, village of Niantic and more. Main floor bdrm w/ queen bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs is loft style w/ queen bed and twin bed w/ bathrm; tub w shower attachment only. Office on first fl and smaller one on 2nd if you need to work. HUGE fenced in yard for dogs. Addtl twin mattress available if needed Guest access The house is yours! Basement and one closet in main fl bedroom not accessible. Kayaks (2) and SUP (1) with paddles and life vests in garage - feel free to use! Private fenced in backyard perfect for cookouts, outdoor games (we have cornhole), relaxing in the sun or shade. Great for dogs too. Other things to note Fees for town beaches are all follows - from East Lyme beach fees web site *Non-resident Day Pass Weekday $40.00 (Car) *Non-resident Day Pass Weekend $50.00 (Car) *Non-resident walk-in pass $15.00 Non-resident walk in fee is for 1 person 16 years or older. Patrons 15 and under are free to walk in. Note, Rocky Neck State Park (10 min drive) is free for CT residents. Non-res: $22 weekends, $15 weekdays. Cottage is not in use. Basement is closed to guests as is one of the bedroom closets (one near the bathroom)
