This studio is beautifully decorated with a modern look and feel. It is a studio, note photos give you an idea the space is one large space with the bathroom enclosed. It is an older house freshly remodeled in 2020, we could not remodel the slightly slanted floors however! :0) A queen bed with soft, cozy linens await you. Modern appliances & added extras will make your stay feel like an unforgettable getaway you will want to brag to your besties about! Gaze out your window to historic Main Street overlooking some of Rhode Island's finest and well reputed shops, restaurants and salons. Flat screen tv, updated wifi and the comfort of heat and air-conditioning are at your fingertips. Your host is known for quick communication, excellent local recommendations, and is a born and raised Rhode Islander with 20 years in hospitality services. We welcome all walks of life at our locations. This studio is ideal for solo travelers & couples, it is not recommended for children. This home is on the second floor via outside stairs (20 steps) and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This building's 1st floor is a restaurant and bar, there is potential for noise. Guest access Parking is street parking. ***YOU MAY Park at the foot of the steps to the entry on the shared driveway to unload your belongings, but you must park on side streets. This listing either has no parking, which is disclosed in the listing. Here are some helpful hints.... ***Main Street will likely ticket overnight. If you choose to park on the street we recommend side streets, our #1 is QUEEN/KING Street running perpendicular to Main Street. ***Please know you are parking at your own risk. Tickets on side streets are rare but they happen a few times per year and we will not be paying with the following 2 FREE alternatives.... ***If you don't want to risk a ticket, we have 2 other options! 1 - A FREE MUNICIPAL LOT located at the cross of MONTROSE & MAIN 2- The private lot behind 75 Main Street (we own this building), a mint green colored building also located at the corner of MONTROSE & MAIN Street, opposite of the FREE LOT. Obviously secure your valuables and lock your vehicles. ONE SPACE PER STAY.
