All blocks have been named using the Adinkra symbols to reflect the rich culture of the Ashanti Kingdom. Located in close proximity to Kumasi airport and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). The estate is managed by a facility manager and it has a community police post. Lobby- This private lobby is designed to receive visitors during the stay of guests. It has fabric sofa and matching wooden chairs with a tastefully placed adornments and wall frames to decorate the area making it cosy and relaxing. It also has locally made wooden dinning table sets. Bedroom- This has a queen sized bed with soft orthopaedic spring mattress and freshly laid bedding sets (extra pieces on request), bedside lamp, 43'' smart flat screened TV (LG) mounted on a beautiful TV wall design, DSTV cable connection, ceiling fan, air-condition, smoke detectors, large size wardrobe with lots of hangers, luggage table (can also be used as extra worktable), worktable with chairs. The thermal insulating blackout curtains were used to maintain a cosy ambience at anytime. Kitchen- The kitchen is equipped with wooden cabinets, tile counter top and is stocked with all the essential items needed for cooking and food storage; refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, microwave, silverware, blender, rice maker, plates, cups, kettle, cutlery, etc Bathroom- The bath has a tempered designed glass door, a shower and a water heater for hot showers, WC and other bathroom accessories. Guest access Guests have access to the full condo. Guests have their own private access into the apartment and will have access to their bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bath. The price advertised on Airbnb is for one guest. There may be extra charge for more than one guest. The number of guests should be stated at the time of booking to help prepare for guests. Guests can receive visitors but visitors are not allowed to sleep overnight. There is a WIFI with up to 1GB free data per day. Usage above 1GB will be paid by guest. Electricity usage is limited to 10 cedis per day. Usage above 10 cedis will be paid by guest. Occasionally, the store or some cabinets may be locked to keep personal items of the host. Guests are not to force open any locked up door, drawer or cabinet unless they have permission from the host. Other things to note Currently, there is no alternative electricity power supply in the event of power outages. There are however rechargeable lamps available to use by guest. Due to large windows and louvres, natural aeration is usually adequate to provide the ventilation needed when there is power outage.
