It is located on the ground floor of a villa owned, fenced, video surveillance and with convenient parking. The space The apartment is large and bright. It consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a fireplace and a study/work area, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen (with a washing machine and dishwasher) and a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a private and fenced patio, complete with a table, chairs and umbrella. Guest access The apartment is totally independent, has a private parking lot, adjacent to the entrance of the house. Other things to note The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, a 20-minute walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It has a wide view of the mountains. The parking area is fully fenced and under video surveillance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from sheets to towels, from bath soaps to shampoo. For the first few days of your stay, you will find oil, salt, sugar, and coffee. We have installed security cameras ONLY OUTSIDE, in the parking area and garden.
