Two of the bedrooms, located at the top of a character, steep and interesting climb to the attic of the home both offer an ensuite 3-piece bath. ** not suitable for those with mobility restrictions ** You may want to leave your vehicles in the two parking spaces provided as everything 'down-town' Moncton is within walking distance. Our cleaning team uses only environmentally friendly and hypo-allergenic cleaning supplies insuring your safety and that of our environment. For stays longer than a week, we provide a starter pack of all consumables which will last approximately 1 week. After that you will be responsible for restocking for your own use. Guest access The lay out of the suite is unique as it is in a Heritage style up-down duplex. The Kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room inside and outside porches, two bedrooms and a full bath and in-suite laundry are located on the first floor of the home. The additional two bedrooms, each with a 3 piece en-suite are located at the top of a steep and narrow staircase, on the third floor of the home (NOT suitable for those with mobility restrictions), creatively built in to an open attic design. Only the back yard and parking are shared with the guests from the second floor suite. Other things to note This lovely property is centrally located, close to all that is found in a downtown core. Enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars and please be mindful to close and lock doors in areas not in use. We are able to provide executive and immaculate suites as our guests are wonderful in never smoking in our homes, always removing their outdoor footwear, and of course, keeping their dogs off the furniture and beds.
